The accommodation was spacious and quiet, with two large bedrooms. It's ideally located—just a short walk from the ferry (only 10 EGP per person), and close to the train station and the local bazaar. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth. A taxi was waiting for us at the airport, and Thameer organized all our tours and even our transfer to our next accommodation in Luxor, all at very good prices. He was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed delicious breakfast and lovely rooftop dinners with a great view. The Nubian village around the guesthouse is full of charm and becomes very lively at night. The locals are warm and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere made us feel right at home. Highly recommended, especially for families looking for an authentic experience and excellent hospitality. Our children loved it.

The accommodation was clean and spacious. Very nice host Abu. Nevertheless, we were very late he was there in the middle of the night to give us a boat ride to the guesthouse and offer some water, juice and fruits. He arranged also a morning boat for us. In the afternoon when we were back from the day trip there was a lunch waiting for us with everything we agreed on the day before. We already had our day trips organized prior to arrival, but I would absolutely trust him to organize activities around Aswan.

And didn't ask for any extra fee. The place also is great anything you need air-conditioned, fridge, stove, wifi, etc. Totally recommend it for your trip. And also when I had to leave early for temple he made a take away breakfast box.

It was such a pleasure to stay here on the elephantine island. Taking a ferry from the bank to here, you can enjoy the beauty of Aswan surrounded by the Nile. Everything was so perfect

Very clean and quiet room. The bathroom was the nicest we have seen out of all of our hotels in Egypt so far. The host was very kind and always around to offer any assistance. The guest house is very close to some good restaurants, cafes, and walking distance to the temple.

This was the best place we stayed in during our trip to Egypt! The guesthouse has a beautiful view of the Nile, with an amazing rooftop terrace. The atmosphere made us feel completely at home. Uncle Mahmoud, the owner, is such a classy and kind person—he welcomed us with fresh guava juice and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He arranged a reasonably priced taxi for a full day to visit the monuments and even offers boat tours on the Nile at fair prices. The kitchen is available if you want to cook, and it’s easy to cross to the city center for just 10 Egyptian pounds. On the day of our departure, Uncle Mahmoud woke up early to help with our luggage and sent someone with us to ensure everything went smoothly. These are genuine, honest, and wonderful people. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Fantastic place to stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel Boat was ready for our arrival and is free for arrival and departure. Room was large and clean, bed was comfortable. Balcony had a great view of the Nile River. Breakfast was great and they even provided us with food to take on our early morning tour. Easy walking distance to other restaurants on the Island. Ferry service to the main land was easy to get to and reasonably priced at 10 Egyptian pounds.
