But what truly made this my favourite stay during my time in Egypt was the hospitality of the manger Abdalla. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time including his great cooking! Unfortunately, I only had one night at Swiss Royal Hotel due to a last-minute booking change — but what a wonderful surprise it turned out to be. My sisters and I stayed in the Sandra Villa and were welcomed with the warmest hospitality from the moment we arrived. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly kind and gave us great local tips on what to see and do. Special thanks to Ebrahim, who truly went above and beyond — serving a delicious breakfast, arranging our airport taxi, and making sure we were comfortable at every step. We really felt spoiled. The villa itself was spacious, and perfectly located — just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the sea. It felt like a peaceful home away from home, with the added bonus of a lovely rooftop space to chill and enjoy the view. I only wish we had more time to enjoy it fully. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back. If you’re looking for a cozy, quiet yet central stay in Dahab, Swiss Royal is a perfect choice.

I offered this trip for my team and myself as a retreat to have some relaxation from our stressful work, and this was the perfect place for us. We had good privacy since we occupied the three beautiful rooms of the place. We loved that each room has its own character and story. Mamdouh and Mimi have a tremendous attention to details and a very good experience in managing the place and always adding to its beauty by utilizing the nature around them. The uniqueness of the place is what makes it memorable for us. As our hosts, they also did a great job at tailoring activities for us. One of the highlights is their breakfast, which was not in the package but it was totally worth adding it, each day we had a totally different breakfast cuisine which also states that this place is all about unique experiences.
