Spotlessly clean and very comfortable rooms, with excellent communal kitchen/dining/lounge shared with three other rooms in the block. I was nervous thinking this may have been student accommodation rented out during break time, but it is not. Much higher standard rooms they use for visiting academics and families, and let out commercially when not being used. Access to oarking on site was not an issue.

The holiday home with a terrace and mountain views has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Quaint and cozy cottage in the Irish countryside. It was nice to be able to shop for food and cook our own meals. Definitely gave us a more authentic experience than the city hotel we stayed in on the first leg of our trip. The hosts were incredibly helpful, especially for us Americans traveling abroad for the first time with lots of silly little questions.
