This was our second time staying at Nátthagi and it did not disappoint! It is absolutely one of our favorite places to stay in Iceland. Set in a gorgeous central location, this cozy cottage is a great base for exploring all that the stunning Snæfellsnes Peninsula has to offer. The Wifi is strong, the kitchen well appointed and the beds are comfy. Communication with the hosts was perfect and check in and check out very easy. Not that I wanted to check out. We were ready to move in! Looking forward to our next stay!

Sæból/Ocean Lair 2 se nachází v destinaci Grundarfjordur a poskytuje ubytování s možností vlastního stravování, s patiem a bezplatným Wi-Fi. V apartmentu fungovalo topení, takže nám všechny věci po zmoknutí rychle uschnuly a také nám nebyla nikdy zima. V obývacím prostoru byl obří stůl na jídlo a hraní her. Lednice vyrábí led. Ubytování poskytuje terásku s grilem a sezením, které se dá využít v případě pěkného počasí. Městečko je moc hezké a klidné, s obchodem. Místo je v dochází vzdálenosti ke čtyřem vodopádům a hoře Kirkjufell.

Sæból/Ocean Lair se nachází v destinaci Grundarfjordur v oblasti Vesturland a nabízí zahradu. We had an amazing time at the Ocean Lair. The place is very comfortable cozy, clean, and spacious. It even has a separate tv room equipped with a massage chair! Its location is very well situated, close to the main road and nearby facilities and tourist attractions especially near the Kirkjufell. The owner is super kind. I’d forgot my purse at the place and left for Reykjavik. I didn’t realize that I had left it there until I’ve reached the town and the owner massaged me. I was so upset and was tired from the driving. As it was my last leg of the two weeks road trip and I was about to catch the plane home the next morning so didn’t want to go back to get it. Even though I had my credit cards and some cash in my purse I was about to let them go and told the owner to please destroy the cards for me. The owner instead told me to hold on and give her time to ask around if anyone she knows is traveling to Reykjavik. I was so glad when she messaged me that her sister is visiting her daughter and would be happy to bring my purse with her and meet at an N1 gas station. I was super lucky that the owner was so nice and I felt very appreciative. It was very kind gesture and I don’t know if I’ve left my purse at some other places, I would get it back. So I would highly recommend this place. My time in Iceland was amazing and the trip ended perfectly with this place the it’s wonderful owner.

Location! Truly beautiful location right at the entrance to Snæfellsnes National Park. The view of the ocean allowed for watching seals and sea birds as well as beautiful sunsets. Really can’t explain the location, it’s incredible!

Kleifar: Ocean View Apartment se nachází v destinaci Hellissandur v oblasti Vesturland a poskytuje balkon a výhled do zahrady. I absolutely loved the apartment! It is located on a cliff in a quiet place. Yes you have neighbours but you will only see/hear them at the front of the house. The backside looks out over the sea. Great spot to see the northern lights. As with many apartments you don't see the host throughout your stay. I like that. Your door opens with a code. All basic necessities can be found in the kitchen, also a series of books to read and a telescope to watch the stars or birds, boats at sea. The apartment is very spacious with many places to sit. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night. I would love to come back and stay for a week and settle on the couch with a book :-)

We stayed in many guesthouses in Iceland, this one was our favorite. Room super comfortable, staff very nice and helpful, breakfast really good

The accommodation is located in a breathtaking area, surrounded by untouched nature and spectacular landscapes. The hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our time there was great – perfect tranquility, stunning surroundings and a very special atmosphere in this renovated farm! One important thing to keep in mind: the access road is a gravel road, so plan accordingly the car rental! 😉
