The overall feeling of the apartment is more like quite a high-level apartment for long-term rent and not a standard short-term flat. The second exceptional point is how clean it was. Well done numa! Especially if any of you have experience with Italian bookings. Location is good, the building is quite new.

Via Condotti is 2 km from the guest house and Piazza di Spagna is 2.4 km away. I’m very happy with my choice of hotel. Location was perfect - just a few minutes walk to the Trevi fountain, but there weren’t disturbing outside noises at all. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely with good coffee. Everything about this place just worked, so that we could fully concentrate on amazing city of Rome.

The accommodation features a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. I was greeted by Viktoria who was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a map and explained the areas of interest. The room was spotless and inviting. The bed was especially comfortable. I was concerned that there might be noise from the breakfast room nearby, but my room was quiet. The included breakfast was exceptional, with bacon, eggs, cheese, pastries, yogurt, and coffee. I've stayed at several B&Bs in Rome, but this is my favorite. This is definitely my first choice from now on. The staff was super helpful all the way around.
