I have never experienced such kind helpful staff. Manuel goes above and beyond to help. When we arrived we were having contacting a airline to arrange a ticket refund- he could not have been more helpful and with success. Whilst in Panama we were subject to petty crime and Manuel contacted the Police and came with us to the station to make a statement . We had a bigger room . It was quiet, very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The WiFi worked well and the room had air-con. The kitchen was well equipt and we cooked a few meals. The staff will do your laundry on site for $6 a load. Excellent location- lots of shops ( food stores) and restaurants nearby. Via Argentina is a 10-15min walk. All in all we were so pleased that we chose Hostel IBRAIS - we came back for another stay! (Manuel stored our bags and had helped organise a San Blas tour)

Allowed us to early check in and late check out. On arrival, he shared with some tips about this area, where to eat, where to shop, what to see. Location itself, is amazing, shops, restaurants, bars, underground in a walking distance, 5min walk. Will definitely stay here if visiting Panama next time.

One of the best apartments in Panama City. If you don’t mind staying outside Casco Viejo, this is a great option. The apartment is on the 20th floor, has a spacious living room and kitchen and 2 big bedrooms, both with bathrooms. Perfect for our family of 4. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is super clean. Host is great! Highly recommend.

She was very friendly, very courteous, very knowledgeable. Any questions we had, she answered immediately. The apartment was very clean and we were provided with everything we needed.

It was a great apartment, very clean, spacious, and safe with security gate for parking and entrance into the property! The host was great! The location was awesome and central to many things!
