Modern Tropical Luxe Apartment - Boracay Newcoast asub Boracays, 500 meetri kaugusel Lapuz Lapuzi rannast ja 2,5 km kaugusel Ilig Iligani rannast. We stayed for Christmas and the place was SO cute! Well decorated and very homely. Nice and clean, all the bits needed for cooking, even has a playstation and netflix, etc. set up with the tv. It also had a really good view from the lounge, bedroom & balcony which wasn’t done justice in the pics! It is a wee while from town, but the hop on, hop off bus goes from outside & was reasonably priced for a few day pass. Highly recommend.

Great ocean view from terrace and one of rooms. Great host, Crystal, also her team on site - Andji, she was really helpful. Every 3 day Andji made full cleaning and changed all staff. Very comfortable variant for 2 families - up to 8 people can live together. Only 300 metres to the calm 3rd station beach.

Merevaatega apartemendil on aed ja vaatega bassein.... The unit was the perfect size for my family, and everything we needed was already there. It was nice and quiet ( how I like it). The caretaker, Melody, made sure we were well taken care of and well-informed as well ( warnings about the monkeys).Alta Vista is quite far from the main beach and restaurants, so transportation and delivery fees can be on the expensive side, but it won't break the bank. Just try to talk to the people around you, and you'll find that there are lots of cheaper options to go around the island.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. Nora is a gem. I liked the spacious rooms and separate bathrooms. The views in the morning and at night are beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

It is a very well run venue with very well trained staff. The prices are very very reasonable and the items you purchase at the venue are at market prices, there are no "premiums" attached to the snacks and the transport that you book/purchase through the venue. And if you ask they are very happy to help you plan and save on the itinerary of your desired activities!

The location was absolutely stunning. It was relaxing, and we got the room that has a veranda. In addition, the view was very relaxing and peaceful. The stuff we're very welcoming. They serve delicious breakfast. And Orion was super duper friendly and super duper cute. And, Mark was super nice and sweet. He always makes sure that we have a great time each single day. All in all, we truly enjoy our stay in Boracay. Hope to be back again soon. God bless!
