I can strongly reccomend this accommodation and host as a to go place when looking for an overnight in Lapu Lapu! Efleda is a highly friendly and guest focused host, very easy to contact and she will answer all your questions. The apartment is în very good shape, everything works very well and a morning coffee în the balcony is more than a good idea. The airport is 5 minutes by car and for backpackers or travelers on a lower budget there are also local transportation 10 minutes by car away (save savemore stop). There you will find also the closest bigger supermarket and atms and other budget friendly delights. Laundry and a Filipino restaurant are at the ground floor. Camotes Cay Hideaway on hiljuti renoveeritud apartement San Franciscos, kus külalised saavad kasutada oma eraranda ja aeda. Rannaäärsel majutusasutusel on terrass ja tasuta eraparkla. Something truly incredible. Not in some extra poshy way - but the place is few of a kind, with amazing views, no crowds (just three bungalows - multi-room apartments), your own fully private white sand beach, with crystal clear water full of different sea stars.. and best memories go to fantastic, attentive, supportive hosts - Bill (also known as Ben, Edward and Hot air balloon captain) and Christina, and their wonderful dogs (especially Too Big). PS. Camotes Cay is just 15 mins by walk, 10 mins paddling by bangka boat from local fishermen, or 3 mins by scooter from another, wide Santiago beach and few tavernas / shops there. Camotes islands away from crowds of Cebu, El Nido, Bohol and similars - are not yet spoiled by tourism in all good ways. Hope to come back soon, as long that stays this way.

We loved the hospitality from Berni’s Hostel! Janice was very helpfull and welcoming. Pool, shower and bed were great. Moalboal in general was also a great town on our trip! You could walk to the city if you would like that but you can easily rent a bike with the staff.

It's our third time to book on this condo because of its location and the pool..Love the view during the night facing the city as the unit located on the 15th floor..The 24hours open massage spa infront of this condo(a must try)and the 7eleven open 24hours too is a big plusss..

I could not say a bad word about our stay here. Firstly all the staff were so kind! The accommodation felt like we were at a retreat. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was amazing (perfect to watch sunset). We stayed in a studio room and also a larger delux room a second night, both were fabulous. The decor was gorgeous, the rooms were spotlessly clean and provided shampoo and hairdryer. There was also Netflix! The bed was slightly short for my boyfriend however he is 6 foot 2. There is a bar/restaurant on site and we ate breakfast and dinner there. The food was lovely and great value. Coffee and smoothies were also very nice. We rented scooters and the beach area is about a 12 min scooter ride. The hotel arranged our canyoneering trip for us and it was absolutely class. They also allowed us to hang out after check out for coffees and to relax after canyoneering. We would have stayed longer if we could. It is such beautiful accommodation!

I recently stayed three nights at Astillo's Guest Houses in Cebu and it was a wonderful experience. The location is convenient, just 15 minutes by scooter from the city center, offering a peaceful retreat. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. The small, beautiful garden and the free coffee and water available all day were delightful touches. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the ability to rent a scooter on-site added to the convenience. Astillo's is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a serene yet accessible stay in Cebu.
