It felt like the management was from younger generation, as all comunication was done thru messages, including sending the door code, and a list of suggested breakfast places. Even a small problem of missing toilet paper was resolved within 5min via text.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights on the 3rd floor without balcony option. The place was clean and neat. Very quiet apartment when the windows are closed. It's very well situated in the city not far from restaurants and shops. They own a restaurant downstairs where they serve a very good breakfast. The staff is friendly. We recommend the place and most probably we might return.
