Location location location! In the middle of everything there. 2 min from the beach and the main shopping places, quiet place and the roof is with amazing view!

Very clean,specious room, comfortable bed, and quiet location. Victor is friendly and very kind. I went there by scooter and it is not hard to find the location.

The property features inner courtyard views and is 45 km from Cheetah's Rock and 48 km from Mangapwani Coral Cave. Each room comes with a balcony with views of the garden. This place in Nungwi is truly exceptional. The highlight of my stay was the owner, Zuzana, and her wonderful team. Zuzana is an incredible host, meticulously attending to every detail from check-in to check-out. Her thoughtfulness shone through in the valuable recommendations she provided for restaurants, local attractions, and tours. She’s not only helpful but also genuinely lovely to interact with. I stayed in Room 2 for nine days, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with everything I needed. Each room comes with its own outdoor seating area (or a balcony if you're upstairs), complete with a convenient clothesline for drying beachwear—a small detail that made a big difference. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the area, and the beach is just a quick 1-2 minute walk away. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh fruit, juice, eggs, local bread, tea, coffee, and even local porridge. It was always a great way to start the day and have a nice conversation with the staff. A special shout-out to Barack, who, like the rest of the staff, greeted me with a warm smile every day. One particularly memorable gesture was when I burned my arm and Zuzana generously provided medication and cream, even coming to my aid late at night. She also offered to change up the breakfast menu to keep things interesting, though I was more than happy with the daily spread. Lastly, Zuzana arranged for my airport pick-up with a fantastic driver named Salim, which made my arrival smooth and stress-free. In short, I can’t recommend this place enough—it's a hidden gem in Nungwi. I wish all the best to the team.

Chunga Changa is located in Matemwe and features a private pool and pool views. Free private parking is available and the villa also provides bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. I can't say enough about this place. My experience was absolutely amazing. Chunga Changa is located in a small quiet road so you can have privacy and peace. The beach is just 10 minutes within walking distance. The room is spacious, clean and well decorated with rustic decors. The host, Sabrina, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Definitely try the food there as well as they are affordable and delicious. Totally recommend!

This was our second stay at Boutique Villa Unaweza, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The entire property is beautifully designed and stylish, with every detail thoughtfully planned. The staff, from the restaurant team to the cleaning ladies, were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. One of the special touches we loved was the yoga classes, which are a perfect way to unwind, and the occasional live music nights in the restaurant, adding a delightful atmosphere to the evenings. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and designed for ultimate relaxation. The hotel is just a few steps from a stunning beach, ideal for peaceful morning walks. This time, we traveled with a rental car, and the secure parking made everything very convenient. The hotel itself feels incredibly safe, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. For instance, our flight was in the evening, and they kindly allowed us to keep our room a little longer, which was such a thoughtful gesture. This is without a doubt one of the best places to stay when visiting this beautiful island!
