Not too far from the old quarter (we did walk there takes ish an hour) good views of lake and plenty of nice cafe to stop by. The room was basic but very cozy and comfortable. The host was super sweet and always had snacks and noodles available!

I'm traveling to Ha Long Bay and SaPa and I've been using this place as my base in Hanoi when I return to the city and I'm able to leave some luggage there while I'm traveling. There's also dozens of little cafes located on the island and one very good vegan restaurant that I've been eating at for lunch or dinner meals.

Overall, we have a very authentic Hanoian experience. As a vnmese, i highly recommend this place for those who would like to taste the real flavour of Hanoi - the capital of Vn.
