Our stay was truly a “home away from home.” This property was thoughtfully designed and fully equipped to make an American like me feel comfortable and well-cared for. The house featured a solar system, which provided lighting, TV, and internet—remarkable and efficient, even with a few natural limitations. Upon arrival, I appreciated the convenience of a washing machine ready for use, complete with detergent and fabric softener provided at no charge. Starbucks coffee was stocked, a wonderful touch, and the water was purified and safe, with drinking water readily available. Cooking was effortless, as the kitchen was well-supplied with everything needed to prepare meals. The hosts went above and beyond, even arranging two extra mattresses on short notice. Both the property owner in the U.S. and Malo, the local caretaker, were highly responsive, answering our messages and calls within minutes—even late at night. The house was impeccably clean, with round-the-clock security, allowing us to relax and feel secure. This two-bedroom home comfortably accommodates four guests, making it ideal for families or groups at any time of year. Netflix was an unexpected bonus, though we didn’t have time to enjoy it on this trip. Our four-day, three-night stay in Lusaka was truly blessed, thanks to this beautifully prepared, well-equipped home.

Thandi the Owner was absolutely hands on and accommodative, most importantly she stays in the adjoining house. Despite the load shedding hot water, wifi and lights are always available. The Rooster wakes you up early in the morning giving you a very farmstay feeling. Very clean property.

We stayed at the exclusive farm get away for 5 days and I couldn’t recommend it more! Modern ,elegant so all I can say 👌🇿🇲🔥🔥 We received a lovely welcome from the host and staff who were so kind and professional at all times . Great facilities and clean environment. Definitely recommend this place for short and long stay. The staff is very helpful and respectful. Also a great option if you want some fresh veg and eggs ,compliments of the farm that made our stay even better. I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is quiet and peaceful. The room was very clean and spacious. The location of the apartment is near the mall and other nice places you can visit. The host, Mr Whiteson is amazing and very helpful. This will be my go to place and I would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this furnished apartment in Lusaka. The neighborhood felt very safe and was well-located—just a short walk to a nice grocery store, shops, a mall, and the local market. The apartment itself was a perfect size for one person, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. The WiFi was generally fast and reliable enough for my online work, and load shedding didn’t really impact me thanks to the host’s clear communication and backup planning. The highlight of my stay was my host, Whiteson. He was incredibly helpful and always available whenever I needed anything. A few times when I got lost on the way back using Yango, he kindly went outside to speak to the driver and help guide me. Whether it was questions about the apartment, arranging laundry, organizing a private driver for a trip to the national park, or just general advice on the area—he was always happy to help. The cleaning lady came a few times a week and even helped with laundry, which was a big plus. I also enjoyed the peaceful outdoor seating area, and while Whiteson has dogs, they were very sweet and never bothered me at all. Overall, this apartment was a great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again!
