The staff were incredibly hospitable, the room was spacious and well appointed, the plunge pool was a delight and the breakfast was very fresh, thoughtful and generous. Megalochori village was very charming, lively and full of warm people. The Heart of Santorini is less than 10min walk from the hotel and hands down the best place to catch those gorgeous sunsets.

All went fine and over our expectations . CHRIS is a super host,he assist us in every request and also gave us some useful tips on restaurants and place to visit.. we have the junior suite with panoramic view and hot hub.. all really clan and well organized..Breakfast in room was superb! Highly recommended!

I enjoyed everything about this place. The location is very nice, best view from all the places starting from the swimming room to the reception and the room. When it comes to the staff, then I must say that they are the most friendliest ever. The welcomed us from outside of the hotel the moment the taxi stopped, took us inside and gave us welcome wine, a map of the place and explained to us the history of the place including best places to visit and so on. They also called the tours which I booked to confirm the pickup location and time. They also have a free shuttle service to take you from hotel to the best places in the city and back to the hotel. During my girlfriend’s birthday they gave her a gift which was not expected and made her happiness double!! When it comes to the room then it is extremely clean, very big and the balcony is just ooOf, I swear nothing better than that. The air condition was also working nicely, the TV and Wi-Fi. When it comes to the food it was really extremely tasty, they prepare it upon order so that it is fresh, warm and no food wastage. You can always order as much as you want and they will give you the food in your room or near the swimming pool, according to your preference. I must say this place is definitely exceptional snd worth it and I would rate it 100/10 and definitely if I come again, I would go there and I would recommend it to everyone. Big shout out to the staff “Kyriakos”, most friendliest and one of the nicest people I have met in my entire life. Thank you again!!

Amazing views and very nice staff were probably the two best things about this hotel (among all others). We stayed at the loft suite, which was very private and great views of the caldera sunset. Food at the restaurant was amazing (both lunch and dinner) so there isn’t really even a reason to go anywhere from the hotel. Try the Caprese salad! It was so good! The staff worked from morning to late at night always with a smile and very friendly attitude. The pool and the hotel were very peaceful and it felt like an oasis especially after seeing the hustle of Fira and Oia. You can get pool and beach towels from the hotel, so no need to bring your own. Also any tours or rental cars can be booked through the hotel.
