One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of birds and sipping my coffee on the terrace overlooking the green hills. It’s the perfect spot for a digital detox, creative retreat, or just some deep rest. You can also explore the nearby Lake Sevan or enjoy a traditional Armenian meal in the village. And in the nearby, absolutely to try Boheme Tea House: don't trust the name, it's a restaurant!

A great place to enjoy the beauty of Sevan away from the cluttered tourist infrastructure and an absolute MUST in Armenia if you are a diver or interested in water sports. We stayed for a few days in the "luxury" room with ceiling to floor views of the lake ( breathtaking and SO worth the extra price), and enjoyed swimming, diving, jet ski, and just having a beer and soaking in the views and direct access to water. The amenities were minimal, but convenient, functional and clean. The included breakfast and the cooked-on-the-spot lunches and dinners were delicious. Compliments to the chef! The diving facilities are top-notch and the staff's enthusiasm is infectious. I used the upper deck both to relax and watch a movie and to jump on a work call. An unexpected surprise was the stargazing -- if you step outside on the parking lot, you can see the Milky Way! We both fell in love with the place and are looking forwards to be back.
