The staff in the main hotel were very nice and helpful. you can do self check-in in the main hotel building (above the parking) or at the apartment building. the room was new, stylish, clean and comfortable. equipped with coffee machine and kettle. the location is amazing, right in the old city center. we had access to the spa area in the main hotel free of charge and got robes at the reception. we had a great stay and wish we could stay for more than one night.

Advice: unless you have early checkin, it will be 3pm, so go straight to wellness as you really only have a 3-4 hr window before dinner, especially if you only staying for 1 night. It is not open till 11pm next morning on checkout.

Also a great plus point is that the bus stop is right outside the apartment and the Lugano Center is just a 5-8 mins ride from there.

He really care about the guests and pay attention in all details to provide us the best experience to them. The guesthouse is so beautiful and so much cozy, that makes we feel like at home. The room was very clean and the view is wonderful. The breakfast is very yummy!! The location in very good!! We could take the car and drive to so many places and enjoy everywhere!!! We are very thankful for everything!!

Franceska byla velmi vstřícná a poradila, kde zaparkovat velkou dodávku, jelikož v okolí jsou všechny garáže malé. Potom jsme všude cestovali na motorce a to je super. Parkování pro motorky je 5 minut chůze a je zdarma.
