The room we slept in was amazing. The best mattress I've had in awhile, great shower, airco, tv, s lovely garden, coffee and tea readily available on top of your own fridge, and the breakfast was great too! You can also use the guest kitchen if you want! Irene gave us a warm welcome and was super helpful and answered all the questions we had and gave us some great tips! 5/5 loved the place!

Excellent location, well positioned in a quiet area and within easy walking access to the main centre. Efficient and friendly staff, especially the hostess, who helped me so much and went above and beyond to make my stay there extremely smooth. She helped me organize so many things and was truly a blessing. I appreciated being able to leave my Hire vehicle parked securely there whilst I went for a short trip to Zimbabwe. Also assisted me to organize the shuttle transport to and from Zimbabwe as well - really extremely helpful. Clean and spacious room, and an excellent breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended.

To visit Chobe National Park, we decided to stay a bit outside of Kazane, closer to nature, and chose Destiny Blo Inn. This turned out to be not just a good decision, it was a true jackpot. Chimney made our stay absolutely unforgettable. Travel is not only about nature, but also about people, and it’s the people who connect us to the local culture. Chimney not only shared insights about life in Botswana, but also organized the best game drive we’ve ever experienced: a 12-hour journey through Chobe with a breakfast and lunch break, all arranged by him. We had the time not just to see the animals, but to truly observe their lives in peace. Honestly, this experience even surpassed our impressions of Victoria Falls the day before. While the facilities may seem modest to some, the dedication and heart Chimney puts into his hosting are the real highlights—and they added incredible value to our journey.

We had a wonderful time for our 2 nights in Tent no 1 at Muchenje. From the moment I start to communicate with Hayden... He was so very helpful! Our check in and the staff were very friendly.. The little convenient store was very well stocked !!! More than I expected with good meat and Chicken and fresh Veggies!! And a lot more! The Birdwalk with Stone is not to be missed... He is a wonderful guide.. we saw 50 spesies an 6 lifers!!! Amazing .... The foodplanes were flooded , so we had amazing views and beautiful Sunsets. Thank You Muchenje Campsite.... Muchenje Campsite and Cottages se nachází 60 km od města Kasane, v blízkosti brány Ngoma v národním parku Chobe. Perfect location for visiting Chobe through the Ngama gate, which is much quieter than the Kasane side. The grounds are lovely and everything is well spaced for privacy. The cottage was spacious, clean and well appointed. The owner, Hayden, is super knowledgeable about travel, wildlife, etc. In the area and very generous with his time helping his customers plan visits to the park or onward travel.
