I was welcomed by the huge smile and the kind face of Mrs. Mary. She had prepared a cold tea for me, and she even offered me fresh fruits! The accommodation is a beautiful, renovated house in the old town, magnificently decorated by the owner. The room is spacious, comfortable with a big window overviewing the countryside. It was very relaxing to take my breakfast or decompress at night at the cozy balcony of the house. The place is ideal for calm and relaxing holidays. The owner is a warm host with multiple talents, and I am sure she will amaze you with her artistic skills and creations, too. I definitely recommend it!

The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

This was absolutely excellent in every way. Dominique was wonderful and even drove us to the station at the end of our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and had everything we needed and was in a lovely neighbourhood near the lake- which was amazing - and also had good access to the main town. Dominique showed us a place to leave our bikes safely which was also really helpful.

From the beginning, I was impressed by the central location and the interactions I had with Dominique, the hostess. I had a few questions beforehand, and she answered all of them thoroughly. She went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect for me. Dominique kindly picked me up, met me, and showed me all the facilities, operations, and functions. The apartment was even better than the pictures suggested. Everything worked perfectly, and I didn’t encounter any issues during my stay. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and exactly as one would expect. At the end of my stay, we connected again, and the check-out process went smoothly, including returning the keys and securing the apartment. Throughout my visit, I felt treated like family, which made the experience all the more special.

Our stay in Ivan’s apartment was lovely from start to finish. A home from home. Just what we needed after a long day travelling. Although you are renting a private bedroom and bathroom within the apartment, Ivan was happy for us to use the kitchen to make a cup of tea/coffee and use the utensils and plates to eat at his table. Ivan was present, but kept to himself in a seperate part of the apartment, and was very helpful with any questions, and restaurant recommendations. It was a comfort having a local to hand, and we’d definitely stay again, if we visit Biel in the future. Nice central location for attractions and places to eat.
