If you want to stay in Elephantine Island, The Mango Guest house is the best you can get! It's a beautifully built and maintained place with a lovely garden to sit in and have your drinks. The location is also good as it's only a short walk from the boat dock. The WiFi worked well in the room and the room was exactly what you see in their pictures. There is self service on drinks and you can also order food which they get you from outside. They also have a laundry service. Strongly recommended!

Exotický resort uprostřed Nilu na ostrově nedaleko centra města Aswan. 28 akrů upravených zahrad s nádherným výhledem na Nil, hory a město Aswan. Customer relations lady provided excellent service. She was attentive and made every effort to me us comfortable. The location, building, decor very pretty and lots of potential to be very very great but some things were a letdown. The shower didn't drain properly and the buffet dinner was cold. Breakfast wasn't very good either.

We had such an amazing stay at JJ’s. We originally booked for three days but ended up extending for another three because we loved it so much. JJ and his family/staff are all very kind and friendly — they made us feel so at home in their beautiful slice of the world. Elephantine Island is very relaxed and has a lovely local feel (a very nice change from Aswan city and the rest of Egypt!). That said, you’re only a two-minute ferry from the mainland which was super easy and we went in most nights for dinner. We booked a tour to Abu Simbel through JJ which saved us from having to think about logistics of getting there ourselves 🙌🏼 we ended up being the first group there for the day so got some amazing photos and we’re back in the guesthouse by 1pm. Also the included breakfast was incredibly generous. Everyday we had fresh juice, eggs, bread, salad, cheese, fruit salad, jam & honey. Honestly amazing value and cooked with love. Plus the view from the rooftop (where breakfast is served) is beautiful, looking over the Nile. Our room also had an amazing view of the river. Honestly I can’t rave enough about this place. We feel so happy to have stumbled upon JJ Guesthouse and are leaving with some very special memories ✨🩷

Nala Narty Nubian House & Organic Farm se nachází v destinaci Asuán a nabízí ubytování u pláže, zahradu, soukromou pláž a terasu. Jen 19 km odtud je Aga Khan Mausoleum. The location is beautiful on a peaceful island a short boat ride from the Nubian village. There are regular shuttles and availability of individual boats as well to Aswan. The owner’s two dogs were so cute and a fun addition. There was brisk swimming in the Nile. The view from our window was lovely. The bed, sheets, and room were clean. The food felt like home, even though the flavors were new. Sharif was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable experience. We loved our stay.

Mahmoud was a great host and made all he could to arrange everything 🙏 This place provides laundry services, transfers, great tours and so on. Even hair cuts, henna tattoos if you need. Actually they try to provide everything you wish. Our room 203 (without balcony) was very comfortable. Also a big thanks to Bibo and also to Sido ✌️

King Mina Nubian House se nachází v destinaci Asuán a poskytuje ubytování se soukromými balkony. Aga Khan Mausoleum se nachází 22 km od ubytování. It was the best place we stayed in our whole trip in Egypt! Everything was new and clean, AC worked great, breakfast was delicious and the host was super helpful. I can’t recommend it enough!

New Abu Simbel Tourist Hotel se nachází v destinaci Abú Simbel v regionu Aswan Governorate. Jen 2,3 km odtud je Chrámy Abú Simbel. Everything is absolutely perfect. Such a warm welcome from the owner. The hotel was just as expected—designed in a Nubian style. The rooms were distinctive, beautiful, clean, and safe. The staff were lovely and took great care of us, especially Ali, who coordinated everything and recommended various tourist spots. We were most impressed by him. Ali became like a friend and younger brother to me. We truly felt happy with the warm welcome from the owner and his daughter. Everything, including the ride and the sunset trip to Abu Simbel Temple, was wonderful. They were very kind and friendly—this place felt like a second home to us. The food was delicious, especially the omelet, which reminded us of home after being away for over seven days. Highly recommended—everything was truly excellent and won’t disappoint.

We have arrived at 5pm due to delay flight from cairo for 2hrs! Omar's still waiting and picking us up. The room is so lovely as nubian style, also the breakfast is so good!
