We had the most incredible stay at Mai Sunset Island Resort in Fiji, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel like family. The resort is a true paradise, nestled on a pristine beach with swaying palms and crystal-clear waters that seem to glow at sunset—hence the name, and it absolutely lives up to it! Our bure was a perfect blend of traditional Fijian charm and modern comfort, with a cozy bed, stunning ocean views, and an outdoor shower that felt like a little slice of luxury under the stars. The food was a highlight—fresh, local ingredients crafted into delicious meals, with the coconut ice cream being an unforgettable treat. The compulsory meal plan was worth every penny, offering a variety of dishes that showcased Fijian flavors. The activities were endless and so much fun—snorkeling over vibrant reefs, kayaking along the shore, trips to the local village or just lazy stroll along the beach. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every experience was seamless, always with a smile(thank you Male, Nivi, Ave, Vinie, Rauga). What truly sets Mai Sunset apart is its serene, intimate vibe. It’s not overcrowded, so you feel like you’re in your own private oasis. The connection to Fijian culture was also special—learning about local traditions and seeing the care put into every detail made the stay meaningful. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and create memories that last a lifetime, Mai Sunset Island Resort is pure perfection. I’m already dreaming of my next visit!

Waya Lailai Eco Haven nabízí pokoje v destinaci Wayasewa Island. Tento hotel se 3 hvězdičkami nabízí zahradu. Tento hotel má terasu a výhled na moře. Krásné místo, dobré šnorchlování, dobré jídlo formou bufetu - choďte včas, možnost turistického výletu na vrchol hory sami nebo s průvodcem. Zajímavé výlety, my jsme ale neměli dobré počasí, tak jsme je vynechali. Upgrade pokoje na bungalov blíže k moři.

Surrounded by a garden landscape, this property offers a day spa, an outdoor pool and a restaurant.... Great location, facilities and food. Staff were lovely and lots of fun free activities to try. Fun to have the Japanese restaurant onsite too!

Nestled on a stunning white sandy beach in the heart of the Yaskawa Islands, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort offers the perfect island escape with beachfront dining, a vibrant bar, and a unique Japanese... Amazing resort with wonderful beaches and great food options. Superb customer service and excellent staff. Can’t recommend enough this place, just paradise. The staff take care of everything, easy check in and check out, you just relax. Kudos to the management! Thank you for the great time!

Tento rezort se rozkládá na 1 km pláže v Likuliku Bay a nabízí bazén a luxusní denní wellness centrum. K dispozici jsou 2 bary, restaurace a široká nabídka kulturních aktivit. Amazing resort, stunning beach, snorkelling, hike. Lots of activities to do. Food was good, but in Blue Lagoon was better 😉 Needs a half board option, as three big meals per day is way too much.

Tai Evi 2 se může pochlubit výhledem na moře a poskytuje zahradu. Pláž White Sandy Beach se nachází přibližně 400 metrů odtud. Z ubytování se otevírá výhled na hory. Privát má TV s plochou obrazovkou.... Most welcoming and friendly family and very authentic village! Really good food and a lot, they even cooked vegetarian for me! Nice activities, it never gets boring. The beach is beautiful too. Small room but comfy bed with mosquito net. We would have loved to stay longer. Thank you very much Silo, Bill, Va and Rob for making our stay great! Extra info because it’s one of the first reviews: We got picked up from the ferry by boat (extra cost), very good food provided for 50FJD/day per person, bathroom simple with bucket toilet and shower in a little shelter next door, no supermarket in the village so bring what you need (mosquito repellent and sun screen!). Solar panels provide power through the day and lights, but no fan (was not too hot for us). Covering clothes and no hats/sunglasses while walking the village, beach is fine :) Bringing a gift to the chief of the village is also part of etiquette.

Maika Beachside homestay se nachází u moře v destinaci Nalauwaki a poskytuje zahradu a soukromou pláž. Z pokojů budete mít hezký výhled na hory. This was my most enjoyable and relaxing stay of my yasawa trip. So many positives. The place its self is separate from the families quarters so you feel like you have real privacy. The family are all lovely and non intrusive. The kids are the cutest things ever. The bed is of quality hotel standards with a priceless mosquito net. Finally the food was excellent and abundant, every time catering for my pescatarian needs. Was very sad to leave.

Tai Evi homestay se nachází v destinaci Soso a nabízí zahradu, soukromou pláž a výhled na hory. Pláž White Sandy Beach se nachází několik kroků daleko. We were so happy to have stayed in this beautiful homestay. One thing that makes it special is that it is in the middle of the village and not like other resorts where you see a lot of other tourist which was so unique! Also, it is not just food and accomodation, but getting to live with the locals and understand how they live and sometimes we even cooked together. After a week it was so sad to leave our new friends: The family, Silo, Bill Va the children and all the others that made us feel so welcome. The activities are amazing the beach is close to the homestay and very beautiful!!! We are really lucky and learned a lot from them, and this was for sure our favourite place to stay in Fiji.
