Beautiful new hotel that’s been decorated to a very high standard in a modern island style. The location is perfect. You can walk easily to the beach and restaurants from a central position. Best of all was the owner Fotis. He called ahead of time to make sure we had the best way to travel to Spetses. He provided a personal touch throughout our stay. What a wonderful host.

The property is beautiful and very spacious. Perfect for us with our baby and her stroller. It’s also very quiet and peaceful despite the great location. Our hosts made us feel like family. 😍 They helped us to plan our days, gave excellent tips for beaches and restaurants and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Thank you so much for an AMAZING and unforgettable stay!!

What really makes it special is the warm hospitality of the team—they make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at peace and would love to return again and again.

Beautiful small family-run boutique hotel with lots of charm and wonderful hosts. Good breakfast selection but even better is the seating area outside where you can enjoy your food and coffee. Clean nice pool for a quick dip to cool down. Rooms have everything you need (good warm water pressure) and beds are comfortable and decent sized (by European standards). All in all a perfect place to stay for a short getaway.

It’s nice small hotel with excellent location. Owner Jenny and her excellent team made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Overall cleanness of the facility and very rich greek breakfast is what we liked most. We were also lucky to have a partial sea view from our small balcony.

The view from our balcony was gorgeous and I used the table there to work from easily. It's not in the main part of town but is a stroll into town and near to the quieter old town and also a stunning cove that seems almost like a private beach, at least on the day we went, on the eastern part of the island. The shower and bed were very comfortable. Marina and Antonis were welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond on the last day when our ferry was cancelled and we couldn't leave the island on time and let us stay and have a late check out while we scrambled to figure out our next steps. They also arranged and rearranged a taxi for us back to port which was much appreciated! On top of all that they have a super sweet cat on the property called Gloria who was a lovely companion for breakfast in the morning.
