And the food… absolutely amazing - probably the best we had in all of Sumba! Don’t miss their famous lobster soup!

We had a wonderful time at this exceptional eco-resort. We stayed for four nights, but we wished we could have stayed longer. From the moment of arrival, all throughout our stay and right up to our departure, we were exceedingly well-treated by all the staff at Anna Villas. They staff make this the special place it is: they were welcoming, friendly and kind, and provide amazing service. This is a fantastic place to really chill out and get close to nature. We saw wild horses and buffalo, and enjoyed watching glorious sunsets and looking up to see the stars at night. There is an incredible beach, which we had almost entirely to ourselves, most of the time. We relaxed, and went swimming and snorkelling to see the incredible coral reefs. We stayed in the Villa Paul area, which had a fantastic shared pool and well-designed communal area, which was a great place to hang out. Inside, the private villa was beautifully decorated with lovely furniture and facilities. We ate all our meals at Anna Villas and we were really happy with everything we had to eat and drink. They accommodated vegetarians very well. It's possible to organise trips and other activities at Anna Villas. We chose to have a Sumbanese massage, with traditional local oils, which was fantastic. Overall, this was a magical stay, which we will never forget.

Umarato Villa Sumba se nachází v destinaci Rua a poskytuje venkovní bazén, zahradu, sdílený lounge a terasu. One of the most beautiful properties we have seen- the view, the villa and especially the service (Jois was exceptional)- pure luxury. Highly recommended!

Vlastní koupelna je vybavená sprchou. i could experience an authentic life in sumba. beautiful sunrise, sunset, starry night like paintings and delicious breakfast. thank you so much for the magical 3 nights.
