The hotel was exceptional as expected, The floor was clean and we can only walk bare foot around the building. The quality of the food (breakfast and noodles) were very good and totally worth it. There were a lot of high quality food available for breakfast. The public bath was small but there were all the facilities needed. The sauna and cold water bath were perfect after a long day of travel. The rooms were larger that expected and could fit two fully opened large luggages easily. The rooms were cozy and the single beds were very large and comfortable. It was near the Sendai station and the large shopping street so it was very convenient. One of the best hotel chain and will definitely book this chain of hotel when it is available.

The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They let me leave my luggage before check in time, and helped me find transport information. The place was clean and cozy, the room and bed comfortable. Conveniently located within walking distance to Nanukamachi station and the busy area. Definitely would stay again.

The location is perfect—it's very close to many delicious restaurants and attractions. The service was 10/10, and the view from the room was beautiful. We could see both the train station and the sea, which made it very special. I also highly recommend booking their private onsen—it was a relaxing and fun experience!

The social area is just right before and after a days skiing. You feel welcome and at home particularly as you can use the kitchen area. Rio greets you and he is amazingly helpful, kind and considerate and will go the extra mile to serve you well. Great value for a hostal style accommodation in a ski resort. The bunks are double size with warm blankets. The bath downstairs is a welcome retreat after skiing if you don’t fancy the 7 min walk to the local onsen. Well worth it. Check which one with Rio. Note it shuts at 7 pm but the baths in the hotel remain open. Rio has an array of beverages in his bar and restaurants are easy. Just go nextdoor ! Thank you for your hospitality Rio. The room and common areas were very pleasant. I had a very relaxing time at this hotel. The location is ideal, in downtown Aomori. The staff is attentive and answered my questions kindly. If I have the opportunity to return to Aomori, I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

N honored member of their friends. They suggested the best places to go and even gave me a ride. I left the hotel feeling like leaving long time friends. I strongly suggest this beautiful place .
