It's very quiet, no dogs or roosters. It's in a sidestreet, so very quiet. Ù It's a studio, so it means there is no separate bedroom. Comfortable double bed . Bedside table. Kitchen fully equipped. Electric hob with 4 burners, microwave, toaster, coffee filter machine with some coffee and teabags. A lot of cutlery, plates, glasses etc. Large fridge clean. In the middle of the kitchen a large and pleasant sitting place for eating meals. Sofa. Bathroom of correct size, hairdryer, toiletries, hot water for the shower. Mosquito nets on Windows. Large windows with view. Excellent lighting . Strong Wifi signal. Good value for money. Really a very good place to stay a long time. Apart of the studio there are one or two bedrooms apartments unfortunately in high demand also. Some restaurants in the area, one next house, the others 5 mn walk .
