Fantastic location for exploring YBOR city. Accommodation was very comfortable and well maintained, reflected the pictures on-line. Property on a busy road, but that's part of city life. Parked for free on a side road and could take luggage through the back door. Only stayed a night, but had time to explore a local Brewery and eat at the Columbia restaurant, which were both excellent recommendations from the host. Great place if you want to explore Ybor city and downtown Tampa.

We had a pleasant stay at this place — it was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the coffee machine with capsules, a nice touch that made our mornings better. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a quick meal, the internet connection was reliable, and the bathrooms were spotless. Check-in was smooth; the host sent the access code right on time. Some reviews mention the neighborhood as being “unsafe” or “ugly,” but we didn’t find it problematic at all. It felt like a typical American neighborhood. In any case, it’s not really a place where you’d go out walking around much. It’s close to Raymond James Stadium and has easy access to major highways. We’d definitely book again. While the price felt a bit high, overall we had a good time and enjoyed a pleasant stay.
