It is a unique experience to live with the berbers in the desert. Younes and his family are super friendly and kind. For us one night was sufficient, I would recommend more if you need some zen time. Must do! Thank you Younes, inshallah tout est possible :)

We enjoyed our stay at Nomads Heaven Camp very much. Moloud is a very experienced host and guide, very proficient in different languages. Very friendly! Food was good and typical moroccon dishes for breakfast and dinner. Everything was reasonably priced. It was very quiet, approximately 6 km from Mhamid. You live in tent-like clay buildings. It was rather warm inside during the night. So we did not need warmer clothes inside. You can walk 200-300 m and you enter an area with smaller dunes with super fine sand. We just sat there and enjoyed a sunset and sunrise there. So it is "desert experience light". Be aware that the real desert with the big 100m high dunes is 60 km/ 2h away. Moloud could have organized a tour by 4x4 and/or camel. But that would have taken us more time, also one person had health issues. So ideally you spend 2-3 days. And stay in the "real" desert overnight.

We had an unforgettable experience at Bivouac de Luxe (Le Pacha) and can only strongly recommend a minimum 2-night stay! Hamza, our fun and knowledgeable driver/guide, made our desert tour exceptional, sharing fascinating insights and stories about life in the desert. The camp is peaceful, with breathtaking views of the dunes and a star-filled night sky. Idriss and Ayub's warm and welcoming hospitality instantly put us at ease, and the food was phenomenal – the best tajines we’ve ever had. This place was a true highlight of our trip. Thank you for the incredible hospitality and attention to detail! All the best.

Very peaceful and isolated, amazing food and very friendly and hospitable guide (Salem). The campfire was great, the stars are indescribable. There’s even signal if you walk up some of the highest dunes. I will never forget walking for hours in the sandy dunes without seeing any other footprints. It was truly a unique experience that we will treasure forever.

Amazing experience, I miss the desert already! The best hosts, very good and pure people, a rarity in this world, tip them well they deserve it! And take their transfer! No way you will not get lost getting there from Mhamid (even if you have a 4x4)

Our stay at Desert Bivouac camp was truly remarkable! Every aspect of the experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. The desert ambiance, with its stunning dunes and starry night sky, was enchanting. The food offered a delicious array of traditional dishes, including the refreshing mint tea. We even had the pleasure of tasting fire-baked bread in the middle of desert. Ismail organized a fantastic two-day trip to Erg Chigaga's high dunes at an affordable price. We tried activities like camel rides and sandboarding, creating unforgettable moments. I highly recommend this Sahara Desert camp. Ismail and the dedicated staff made it an unforgettable adventure. Thank you all! Top-notch!"

The owner brothers were incredibly helpful and friendly, the food was delicious, and the tents were clean with tidy bathrooms.     The location is stunning. Beautiful sunset’s and sunrises. I was alone in the camp so it felt deserted but that was also what I was looking for. But one night could be enough if yiu just want the experience Good food , Ali and Mohammed are friendly. Sand boarding is nice Yes €90 for the 4x4 ride but it’s 2 hours drive. I was alone but if you share its ok I think Camel tour is not my thing . I stopped after 10 minutes

    Great and remote location of the camp between stunning sand dunes. We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful Sahara experience! The tents are basic but provide all of what is necessary for a good sleep in the desert. The staff was super friendly and helpful, Ali and Mohamed made us feel like at home. PS: If you decide to take a transfer to the camp, the ride is a great experience and worth the money.

    Amazing berber camp in the desert. There are only four tents so we all felt like a big family. We felt very much at home with our hosts. The camp is placed between two sand dunes far away from influence of the modern world. We enjoyed a four hour camel trek with included lunch break. We enjoyed authentic moroccan hospitality and food through and through. The atmosphere was magical especially after sunset around the bonfire where we could enjoy local music and good talks with our hosts.
