A microwave as well as an electric cooktop with oven are there for a longer stay. The compact bathroom featured a rain shower. Television is connected to Ballarat stations. We appreciated the park is small, owner-run and near the main part of town. When wifi access was difficult, the staff helped out with an alternative that worked perfectly. All in all a pleasant overnight stay.

It was very comfortable - much nicer than a cramped hotel room. It felt like staying in a home and it was very nice to have a good usable kitchen. It was very close to the waterfront walking path, which was absolutely lovely! The woman at registration gave us recommendations for where to eat and I'm sure if I'd had any questions, she'd have been a fountain of cheerful knowledge.

Was in a great location. Was a very hot day/night but the aircon was perfect. The unit was clean and the parking was also excellent. Will definitely be staying again.
