Superb. Location exceptional. Clean, comfortable accommodation. Easy to find despite warnings to the contrary. We were so lucky to get sight of Fuji both on arrival and departure. Can't recommend this enough.

Staff offered a free of charge shuttle back to Kawaguchiko station once our stay was over. The rental bikes and BBQ were very nice and convenient. The service from the staff was excellent.
