Beautiful old house, perfectly restored. Great view on the mountain with perfect sunset. Very friendly host who welcomed us and spoke about the village. Great traditional Omani food for dinner and breakfast.

Lovely chalet, with a neat enclosed courtyard, completely as described. Parking in the courtyard. Swimming pool. A whole pack of bottled drinking water. Very friendly host, you can see he has a heart for the chalet and the guests. Sent a list of sights, clearly explained that on jebel ash sham can go up on 2d (we saw how frightened by forums tourists went several kilometers on foot), and then separately asked if we all ok. Chalet is in the old town, right behind the wall. The price/quality ratio is excellent, I recommend it. We regret that we stayed only one night.
