Cabins in Mu Si

The surroundings. The hotel is situated in a private land far away from the noisy parts of Khao Yai. There are lots of tall trees and small ponds. It gave me a sense of stillness and calmness for an exceptional retreat.

I stayed there from 19th ~ 22th Jan 2023 for 3 nights. We arrived late around 9:30pm driving down from Bangkok and the staff patiently waited for us to our delight. We arrived to a totally serene, tranquil, peaceful resort nicely nestled in between 2 mountains. The Villa was very clean and nicely maintained by the caretaker. The compound and landscape was amazingly done and well maintained. The stay was unbelievable nice, peaceful and quiet which is what I needed. My daughters love it so much.. we will be back… ( ** We left a nice tips for the caretaker to encourage them the amazing work and wonderful hospitality)

The room, location, facilities, staff are courteous and helpfull

I booked two rooms for two people each, including breakfast, but this stay turned into a nightmare. Upon check-in, the host claimed that each room was only booked for one person and demanded an additional 3000 Baht for the extra guests. Despite trying to resolve this with Booking.com, their staff were utterly unhelpful and left us waiting without any resolution. With no other options late at night, I was forced to pay an additional 1300 Baht so we could stay. This kind of deceitful behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly urge future guests to avoid this accommodation. The breakfast was another disappointment. It was left outside the door without any notice, and it seemed to have been sitting out for hours. The rice with water was bland, the egg and sausage were exposed to the sun, and there wasn’t even proper coffee—just an artificial orange-colored drink. This was far from the quality expected for a "breakfast included" booking. The bathroom facilities were equally frustrating. There was no space for a basin to place toiletries, the shower had no curtain, leaving the entire toilet area wet, and there weren’t even hooks to hang dry clothes or towels. Using the bathroom was inconvenient and unpleasant. Overall, this experience was marred by hidden charges, subpar service, and poorly maintained facilities. I strongly recommend avoiding this place to save yourself from frustration and disappointment.

The place is well maintained and clean. The caretaker is friendly and always accommodating to our requests.

Nice fantastic view with excellent service from the staff. Room is clean and comfortable with great views of the mountains.
