Located in Comunidad Yumani in the Isla del Sol Island region, Inti Illimani Lodge features a garden. The property has lake and garden views. A à la carte breakfast is available daily at the lodge. Staying here made our visit to Isla del Sol more memorable. The place is conveniently close to the Temple of the Sun (Pilkokaina). We arrived via a Bolivia Hop ferry tour that stopped at Pilkokaina port, followed by a walk up the steep hills to the accommodation. It's a bit away from Yumani village, approximately a 25-minute walk. Be cautious when walking back from late dinners in the village, as there are no streetlights. The owner kindly prepared a simple dinner of trout for us. They have a kitchen where you can boil water and use the microwave. The view from the accommodation was phenomenal, offering us the most beautiful sunrise views right from our bed. The night sky was incredibly clear, allowing us to marvel at the stars and Milky Way.Breakfast was delicious, featuring eggs and fruit. The heater was provided, ensuring our comfort during cooler evenings.

Offering city views, Casa Andina - ISLA DEL SOL in Comunidad Yumani offers accommodation, a garden, a private beach area, a shared lounge, a terrace and a restaurant. Exceptional view and very well finished and decorated property. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. They pointed out a great place to eat in the evening and supported us to plan the next walking route. It is worth pulling the curtains early to see the sunrise! Wow! The shower was warm and there is a small heater in the room and some blankets (it is very cold at night) Breakfast is good and even better sitting eating it with that spectacular view. There is a small shop run by the owners for woolen souvenirs, drinks and snacks.
