The hosts were very helpful & accommodating. They helped us ferry our luggage over so that we can tour the town. The chalet was spacious & very welcoming. We had a great time there. I feel like home here. You can find anything here. Room is spacious for 3 people — look like an apartment inside. Kitchen has everything even cooking oil or a rice cooker. Bathroom even has the hand-held bidet! So detailed! And the owner is very service minded, helping us to carry 2 big luggage (20+ kg) up to our room. So, you don’t have to worry even there is no lift, you won’t have the problem. Location is something to mention. The view from the room is the river and mountain — super beautiful!!! Plus, it’s close to Interlaken West station. So, everything is so convenient.

What's not to like? Iseltwald is a small, quiet village conveniently located to all attractions. We had a car, but transportation was readily available in the event we didn't want to use the car. Our apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including parking. The check-in/out process was easy, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming - i felt like a local walking around the village, sitting by the lake soaking up the atmosphere and vibe.
