We really like the location, which is perfect for visiting the National Park, as the entrance is very near and the hotel even offers free shuttle. However, what really made our stay special was the hotel stuff, especially Ming, who spoke english fluently and was very kind and helpful. He helped us buy all the tickets, provided us with maps and instructions and he even saved us when he drove us to the train station early in the morning to catch our train to Guilin. I would definitely recommend staying at the Nvue Resorts.

The hotel is perfectly located, just 3 minutes from the bus shuttle to the train station and 2 minutes from the river. The room is modern, clean and comfortable. Veronica was super helpful via Wechat, she speaks perfect English. Overall for the price, the value is exceptional.

Very nice location, very quiet and with a lot of charm. The host is also very helpful, he will help you to book transportation from/to the airport and will also help you with park tickets. There is a free shuttle to the park entrance (5min drive). I can only recommend this wonderful place !

The room was comfy and clean. The lady owner was very helpful to guide us through the planning for the national park visitation. She also helped us to purchase the 4 days shuttle bus and entrance ticket. Since the hotel location was far from the gate entrance to the park. She helped to shuttle us to the bus station so that we could get the bus to the gate entrance.

Perfect location to get to Wulingyuan, Tianmen, the Canyon and many more. The reception helped me with booking all the tickets I needed. I also took the airport shuttle they offer and was received with a warm welcome, when I exited the airport. Thanks for the great time, I will recommend you to some friends :)

Near Changsha train station with free shuttle service to station. Staff was friendly and helpful especially a young manager ,Chuan? Value for money.

Upon request, we got free shuttle to changsha south railway station. The statio is easily walkable from the hotel with mostly flat and good paved walkway. But we have luggage in tow and the free shuttle is a plus point. The breakfast is good. Location of hotel is convenient for connection with metro system and the airport.

Mixing comfort with local Chinese traditions. Great tea experience, food and infinity pool. Position is great to go to Avatar mountains entrance (free shuttle bus taking only 5 mins). Our stay was fantastic. Special thanks to mister Rain and staff who made us feeling at home and supported all our needs.

Staff consistently went above and beyond in being responsive - shuttling us in and out of the area, providing guidance on travel, booking tickets at a discount helping us avoid the travel crowds. Food was amazing. Lots of little things that added up - free clothes washing, playground for children, friendly dog, digging up food from their garden for your dinner, evening fire pit etc.
