The common area and the pool were amazing. We went there for 4 days during our honeymoon. I highly recommend this location. And oh my god, the breakfast was one of the tastiest I have ever had at the Oasis Fusion Resturant.

My God the piece of land where the property is located is impeccable it’s heavenly with all its greenery, trees and landscape. The bungalows are amazingly built, very clean and the privacy is great due to only having just a few scattered bungalows on such a spacious piece of land. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful which was another plus. Gabriel was amazing, very helpful, very friendly and very welcoming. My girlfriend and I would stay there again without question. There’s no food service but there’s everything in the kitchen to make meals and so many restaurants around in the area.

Breakfast was always delicious and the chocolate is the best I’ve ever had ☺️ The property is beautiful and maintained with love and devotion to the jungle, the wildlife there and nature. Fernando is very knowledgeable and always open to sharing information about the fauna and flora and wildlife. We loved our stay there.

This lodge was classy, had beautiful bungalows and the lovely lounge area in the middle was very well laid out…..there was ample seating, a refreshing pool and a good breakfast selection as well as drinks & tapas from 3-7pm. and all in a jungle setting. Bryan is a super host too!!!!

We loved how private the bungalows were and the beautiful gardens where we saw birds and listened to the howler monkeys. The separate kitchen was great to make additional meals, the coffee maker and fridge in the room was a plus. The location was amazing, though Cahuita is small we were tucked away from the main road but only steps away from the entrance to the park. All around a great stay.

Everything! It was like we were in the jungle on our own, the houses are very well set out so you really feel like no one else is around. Walking through the jungle to the beach was also a great experience and our house seemed to come with a dog that showed us the way to the beach and then to the little town area which was so cute... of a night the howler monkeys were so noisy but what an experience!

Playa Negra Guesthouse is located in Cahuita, right in front of the beach. All units feature a seating area. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony with pool or garden views. Excellent location in Cahuita - beach right in front, restaurants nearby, cca 15 mins to the main road and centre, so still quiet but in reachable destination to all that you need in such a location. absolutely amazing garden - a national park itself :-) an enthusiastic owner that shows you all the animals and tells everything in a friendly tone. all the service from the owners was excellent, including recommended contacts for guides, rentals and transfer to San Jose - many thanks!

Situated 5 km awayfrom Cahuita in the Limon Region and 18 km from Puerto Viejo, Passion Fruit Lodge boasts an outdoor pool and views of the tropical garden. Cocles is 20 km from the property. The entire property was magnificent, lush vgetation, expertly landscaped. The vegetation also gives each unit privacy. The hosts are delightful, plaeasant, informative and always eager to answer questions and make suggestions to enhance your vacation. The dwellings and property are spotless. Because the property is in the jungle, the sounds of nature are all around. It is easy to get to the national park in Cauhita. We rented bikes as our mode of transportation but the property is best enjoyed with a vehicle. The pool is magnificent, large and surrounded by natural vegetation.

Easy to find, just a minute walk from the beach, spacious and well maintained. Mia welcomed us with warmth and huge smile and showed us around. In the morning we enjoyed amazing home-made breakfast which we highly recommend! Thank you!

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and tropical garden, La Rana De Cahuita is set 5 km away from the centre of Cahuita. Puerto Viejo is 18 km from the property. This place - one word: AMAZING! Right in the jungle, many monkeys around, is just spectacular! The garden is simply amazing and the owners very friendly and responsive! The swimming pool was perfect after a long day exploring the area. You probably need a car, so 5min drive to restaurants and supermarket and 10min to Cahuita National Park. I’ll get back 100%, my kids were in love!
