The room was fantastic, very nice, open, with a view on the lake! It was exactly as it looked on the pictures. A paradise! Everything was also super clean. The houses are located in a nice garden, where we even saw howler monkeys! Sanctus and Alida are super nice and took so good care of us! They also prepare nice meals, with a lot of care. We really felt welcome in Posada del Cerro. Sanctus also arranged a trip to Yaxchá, and a shuttle service to Rio Dulce at the end of our stay. We really loved staying in Posada del Cerro!

The owner/manager Umberto was so kind and helpful. We were able to organise all our shuttles and tours with him. Great central but quiet location on the lake, next to local swimming spot. Kitchen and filtered water supplied. Nice and close to Tikal so you don’t have to wake up as early as those coming from Flores. Good aircon, had excellent sleeps despite the heatwave.

The location was amazing, pool was nice and shuttle bus drivers were very helpful.

The private room was fantastic, like a hotel room. Spacious with comfy bed and great A/C. The communal drinking water is chilled which is hard to come by. The hostel is also a popular restaurant which serves nice food and cocktails but there is also spaces just for guests to enjoy which includes a pool table. The nightclub wasn’t really our scene but a good option. A central location. They have a in house travel agent to book trips and shuttles with which was also great.

Located on the main road for collectivos and shuttle. Big triple bed room for one person. Outside kitchen.

Great location in Isla de Flores, you can see the sunset from the pool terrace. Shuttle to Jungle lodge is practical, nice restaurant and cafe, friendly service personell.

The couple running the place were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the main shuttle in/out of flores. You can walk to anywhere on the island from the hotel in about 7 minutes.

Beautiful and clean hotel with excellent views over the water. Comfortable beds. Good shower with hot water. Very friendly staff. Our rate included breakfast, but we had to leave very early, and they prepared a breakfast box for us with sandwich, juice, fresh fruit, and buiscuits. The location is about 2 minutes walk from the bus station where all shuttle buses arrive/leave. We highly recommend this hotel.

If you visit Tikal, you HAVE to sleep here. Its right next to the entrance. The cabins are quite pricey, but its worth it. The personnel offered us free use of the pool before checking in and the next day (after hiking in Tikal) to use it until the shuttle arrived.
