Communication was mainly in Italian (the hosts are patient and are not bothered by our poor Italian or resorting to Google translate every now and then), but often a young lady that speaks English is present. For nice walks, you can for example drive (15 min) to Albergo Rifugio Stella Alpina (perfect road).

The view is amazing! We loved sitting on the terrace in the afternoon and evening to enjoy the view. The apartment was very cozy, comfy beds, good wifi.
