From our point of view, this is the best place in the region. I must say that the region is not rich in quality accommodation, and even more so we were glad to find this place.

The spacious chalet is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, and 2 bathrooms with a shower, free toiletries and a washing machine. A private entrance leads guests into the chalet, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. 10/10 – A perfect mountain retreat! Staying in this wooden cabin was truly one of the most beautiful travel experiences we’ve ever had! The house is perfectly located in untouched nature, right on the Peaks of the Balkans trail and next to a gently flowing river. Waking up to the sounds of nature, breathing in the fresh mountain air, and looking out through the large glass windows — absolutely magical. The cabin is spotlessly clean, cozy, and modern, yet warm and in harmony with the surroundings. Surrounded by a forest of fir, pine, and spruce, it truly felt like a fairytale. And the hosts? Incredible! So kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They gave us great hiking tips and shared interesting stories about the local area. We felt completely at home. This is a place we’ll never forget — perfect for anyone seeking peace, nature, and genuine hospitality. Thank you for everything, we’ll definitely be back! ❤️

The chalet provides guests with a terrace, mountain views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a stovetop, and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. All units include private entrance. At the chalet complex, each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. Amazing place with a breathtaking lake view! The location is truly stunning. Waking up in the morning with the lake right in front of you is simply magical. The view is unforgettable. Our host Helena was wonderful – she gave us a full explanation about the house and the surrounding area, which was really helpful. Breakfast was delicious and served with an incredible view as well. Some reviews mentioned that the access road was bad, but in our opinion, that’s not accurate. While it’s not perfect, it’s absolutely fine and accessible for any car without any issues. On our last day, we had to leave early in the morning, and Helena came in the evening just to prepare sandwiches for us to take. That kind of care and hospitality is rare! Highly recommended – we would definitely love to come back.

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with bidet and free toiletries. Dad was a great host. His son provided excellent service and spoke great English. Mum cooked great food and provided very generous lunch. Food from the farm was fresh and tasty. Newly built cabins were very comfortable. Setting was short distance from Peaks of the Balkans and easy to reach. Very peaceful country setting. Highly recommended - it was our favourite stay on the trek. We wish them well.

A terrace with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom with shower can be found in all accommodation. I was looking for "kusturica" vibes on my 2 trips in Balcans and it was the first place I found it! 10 points for that. Opportunity to see authentic village life with animals marching in the yard, 3 "banditos" kids, lots of laughter and positive chaos. Without any messaging about the time of arrival the owner met me on the main road calling my name. After a quick checkin I was invited to a family house some 500 m away for some tea and watermelon. On a nice terrace we had dinner and breakfast there. The owner was very keen to communicate notwithstanding not perfect English. He and his wife were very friendly and showed great humor. I was staying on the second floor with a balcony. I spent a fun evening with other POB hikers staying on 1st floor, camping and some visiting our fireplace to watch falling stars. On arrival there was no electricity, because of some infrastructure repairs, but in the evening I got a solid hot shower on the first floor. No wifi at the place, first time in POB, but it seems it`s common in Babinjo pole. In desperate need, it seems owner can bring you to some relative`s house.

Prokletije National Park is 22 km from the lodge. Podgorica Airport is 99 km from the property. The family there was so lovely, food was amazing too. Super great location, right along the trail and the next day, the start of the trek to Plav was just around the corner.

It was very clean and cosy, comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate 4 people. The lake view from the balconies is stunning, perfect place to have morning coffee. Property has private parking and is conveniently situated if you are planning to drive to different hiking areas. We really enjoyed our stay 🫶
