We stayed in the bungalow which was incredibly spacious and tastefully decked out. Much bigger than expected with a fantastic terrace overlooking the island - huge vista of mountains, forests etc. Sighted cute Duksy Leaf monkeys at play straight from the terrace. Everything worked perfectly. Ceiling fans and air con in every room, even ceiling fans on the terrace - amazing. The communal hang out with its hammocks and cool breeze and view of the pool was a chill place to lounge in too. Alif, the manager was so kind and helped us with scooters and booked us a Mangrove Tour. Wish we could’ve stayed here for our entire time in Langkawi but alas it was fully booked (unsurprisingly). Highly recommend.

Fox Hill poskytuje restauraci, venkovní bazén, zahradu a terasu. Langkawi Kristal se nachází 8,3 km odtud. Ubytování se nachází přímo v centru ostrova, takže na všechny strany je to max 30 minut jízdy. Naprosto klidné místo. Chata krásná s balkonem. Všechny chaty od sebe odděleny vegetací, takže neustálý pocit soukromý a klidu. Skvělý bazén s lehátky i posezením pod přístřeškem. Ale hlavně dokonalý servis. Každý den doplněna pitná voda, umyté hrníčky a sklenice, vyměněné ručníky a po pár dnech dokonce i povlečení. Naprostý relax a pocit hosta, o kterého je postaráno.

Ambong Rainforest Retreat offers an adult-only getaway amidst tropical surroundings. Located on a steep hill within the rainforest, rooms are only accessible via long staircases. Simply: everything! Ambong Rainforest Retreat is such a great place run by lovely people. Everything is well thought through and the service is exceptional. In fact we loved the stay so much that we changed our travel schedule to enjoy more time here. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, yet, the Cenang strip/mall is within walking distance (30min) or alternatively a Grab/taxi can be hailed easily. The hotel staff - everyone (!) - is super nice and helpful with suggesting activities and what not. The breakfast is delicious and guests can choose between two wonderful restaurants with great atmosphere and views (one is vegan). Thanks to the whole Ambong Team for having us and making our honeymoon start as amazing as it could have been - we will definitely stay at Ambong when coming back to Langkawi!

Triima Inn Tanjung Rhu by Perfect Host se nachází v destinaci Air Hangat a má bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a výhled na hory. Langkawi Crocodile Farm se nachází 16 km odtud. Honestly, the staff at this hotel were super friendly and chill – made the whole stay feel easy and comfortable. What really surprised me though was the beach! I didn’t expect Tanjung Rhu to be that beautiful. The water was so clear and the beach was peaceful, almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Such a great spot!

Blissfull Sweet Inn se nachází v destinaci Pantai Cenang a poskytuje terasu, zahradu a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Pláž Pantai Cenang se nachází 500 metrů daleko. Z ubytování se otevírá výhled do zahrady. This place has a fantastic vibe. I love nature and it really captured a sense of being your own private haven in the middle of the wild.. yet 2 min walk to the main drag. My favourite part were the friendly little family of cats that hung out with us the whole time.  Mamma cat and her two baby kittens as well as a couple of friendly adolescent cats (her previous litter I think). There's a lovely little balcony where you can while away the day in private, surrounded by garden and petting the cats. Big stumpy (what we coined the bigger of the stumpy tailed cats as there was a matching kitten too) was crazy friendly. He followed us everywhere, literally. We had to draw the line at following us into the bathroom and gently coax him back out. On top of this there were spectacled monkeys, squirrels and our own pet gecko. The king bed was comfy and spacious and the room had a lot of surfaces to put your things. I wish I could have stayed longer but it was booked out. Sam and Jeffrey were kind and super friendly and helpful

Serenely situated in the middle of the rice fields, this place offers an amazing view and a peaceful atmosphere you can't imagine. Not many places can offer you beautiful sunrise and sunset on the same spot, yet this place does 🥰 Also, as it's in the centre of Langkawi, you can easily get anywhere else on the island with a motorbike (a better way to discover and enjoy Langkawi in our experience). Well-equipped facilitiy + super helpful staff / owner brought us even more enjoyable stay. We absolutely recommend this place.
