The staff are so lovely and helpful, and the evening food was good. They also have a delicious pale ale that they brew onsite, which is a nice touch.

With garden views, Okapuka Safari Lodge is set near Windhoek and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace. The lodge is spacious with a nice terrace outside the restaurant overlooking a pond and grass field with nice bird life and even regular visits by ostrich. The food was good and the staff were all amazing. The room in my bungalow was spacious and beautifully designed. The place has its own wildlife farm and organize 2 hour safaris four times a day - you will see lots of antelope (springbok, sable antelope, impala, oryx) giraffe, zebra, ostrich and even rhinos.

Located on a desert reserve between Sesriem and Solitaire, Soft Adventure Camp offers chalet accommodation for nature enthusiasts, just 30 minutes drive away from Namib-Naukluft National Park. Arrivati l’accoglienza è stata fantastica, ci hanno servito una bibita buonissima. Ci hanno mostrato la struttura ed accompagnato alle camere. Avevamo prenotato a Soft adventure camp ma ci hanno dato le stanze al Namib Naukluft lodge. La struttura stupenda, con una vista ed un tramonto fantastici. La cena squisita, la migliore da quando siamo arrivati, curatissima e prezzi giustissimi. Personale professionale.

Auas Safari Lodge is situated 45 km outside of Windhoek. Guests can explore the wildlife surrounding them on daily game drives, guided hiking trails and bird watching expeditions. The staff here are fantastic - very friendly, welcoming and warm. They go the extra mile and seem genuinely happy. Special thank you to Petrus and the front of house team for being so kind. The lodge has charm, good vibes and seemed much more authentic compared some other lodges we stayed at. The location is incredibly peaceful and quiet. We saw giraffe, warthog, impala, kudu, waterbuck, mongoose, ostrich - either by sitting at the new waterhole viewing platform with a drink at sunset, or by going for a little walk . We stayed in winter, but our room had a heat pump plus a woodburner which was lit by the staff every night. Super cosy. Perfect spot to get a first taste of Namibia, recover and recharge after a long flight. We felt very at home.

It's such a stunning little oasis in the desert, with a lovely pool area and really cute, domed-shaped accommodation pods. The staff were really lovely and helpful. It's a calming experience visiting.
