The property is non-smoking and is situated 7.2 km from The Rock art of Alta. The lodge was great, comfortable, cozy and has many facilities. The nature surrounding the lodge was absolutely wonderful and fascinating.

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Thomas and Annie were super helpful, kind and accommodating from start to finish. We booked the snowmobiling tour and they managed to delay our transport back to Tromso for an extra day so we could check into the igloo for the night. The igloo was amazing. Super cosy and beautiful views. The snowmobiling tour was so much fun and the guides took careful consideration to ensure our safety and give interesting facts about the valley. The food was delicious and breakfast is a must. We used the sauna on the last day which was truly spectacular. They give you gowns and shoes, provide water and heat up a private sauna for you. It was absolutely magical.

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. We truly can't recommend Norwegian Wild enough. When we first booked our trip, we were torn between staying in the North part of the island, where the scenic route is, but after talking to Hege we were fully convinced to stay in Norwegian Wild and experience nature at its fullest. Everything about this place is just magical! We saw the northern lights multiple nights in a row, from the comfort of our cabin, and it was stunning. When it snowed, we felt like we were inside a snow globe! We loved loved loved our cabin, and also really enjoyed the jacuzzi. We had delicious breakfasts and dinners at the restaurant, the reindeer stew was 10/10! The staff was so friendly and helpful, we got to play with the husky from one of the girls working at the restaurant and it was super nice. We went kayaking with Tim, we went snowshoeing in the Ånderdalen National Park, we went sledding with Senja Husky - we did lots of very nice activities. What a wonderful , unforgettable trip! Thank you Hege, Tim and the Norwegian Wild crew for making it even more special!

Stunning breakfast with finely selected offering. I travel a lot and have started rating the places I stay by the quality of the breakfast bacon. I have to admit that this place is the new "king of the hill" on Matti's bacon index. Absolute 6/5 👌
