This is a really nice place very well thought out and nicely done to a modern aesthetic. The beds are great - the best of our stay, and the sitting and kitchen / dining area all work well. Host was very attentive and it is nice to have a washing machine! The shower is large. All in all a very nice stay. Ideal for 2 and big enough for 4.

Aia ja aiavaatega Lakewood Lodge asub Taupo linnas, 2,5 km kaugusel Great Lake'i konverentsikeskusest ja 4 km kaugusel Huka Prawni pargist. It felt like home away from home 🏡.. well presented house with everything you need to have a comfortable stay, especially when you are travelling with elderly family members and kids. I loved the kitchen as it was so well equipped, starting from cutlery to pots and pans and pantry filled with spices.. Beds were so comfortable, and the linen smelled so fresh .. We used the laundry facility and loved the fact that we could dry the clothes out in the line.. We even enjoyed BBQ as there was a facility for that as well.. Terrassi ja toateenindusega Hare's Rest asub Taupo linnas, Orakei Korako koopast ja termaalpargist ning Orakei Korako - The Hidden Valleyst 31 km kaugusel. We liked everything about Hares Rest. The location is perfect and the Lodge is very comfortable and clean with a fabulous vista surrounded by beautiful gardens. Alli and Glyn, the hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful and they provided us with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The breakfast hamper Alli provided was very special and included her fresh homemade bread and granola, locally sourced fresh produce and her homemade treats, were delicious. The tranquil and relaxing environment of the lodge was fabulous and is near to Lake Taupo and a number of attractions in the surrounding area.I would not hesitate in recommending Hares Rest.

Karen and Rob were very personable and inviting. The lodge is beautifully decorated with something to feats the eyes upon in every nook. Our room was magnificent with an incredible view. Breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable and the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch.
