They helped with getting us appropriate travel for our mountaineering trips, made very tasty breakfasts and accommodated our changing plans (modifications in dates due to the situation with our climbing plans) The beds were the most comfortable I've experienced in any accommodation and they helped us by allowing us to hand wash and dry our gear on the rooftop terrace. The shower had great pressure and the hot water was abundant. Eloy gave us a ride to the airport, doing two trips to ensure we could get our ski bags there without any issues. I would definitely stay with them again on return to the Cordillera Blanca.
