Free shuttle to cruise port.

Location was close to old San Juan - only a 5 min taxi ride. 20 min taxi to the main international airport by taxi. Breakfast was nice. They had a buffet set up with scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, cereals, fruit and bread/toast. There was an omelette station as well. Coffee & tea self serve was actually really good. Shower in the room was nice. Good shower, shampoo and body wash products. Nice that the room came with a mini fridge and a microwave. The hotel has a free shuttle to old town (more about that in the next section…)

Comfortable bed, clean, friendly, close to restaurants, free shuttle to port.

The room was clean. The hotel is "bare bones" but the price was right for the location and good for a 1-2 night stay. We were in San Juan to go on a cruise. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants. The AC worked well. Hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to the cruise port. We would stay again if in San Juan for a cruise.

Including breakfast was a plus because it helped us start the day off right. The ambience of the place was pleasing. We felt very comfortable. The receptionists were also helpful with any questions that we had. They called a taxi whenever we needed one, and the taxi services were prompt. The shuttle service was also available and on time.

The place was perfect for us and having a shuttle service made our trip so much less stressful. Tge owners mother was so sweet and helpful.

Breakfast, pool area, room, hotel shuttle, and staff were extremely delightful and accomodating.

Great staff, very clean and close to the major attractions. There was a shuttle that transports guest to Old San Juan.
