Offering an outdoor pool, Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge is nestled in the Western Corridor, near Grumeti River on a tree-clad ridge with sweeping views of the Serengeti National Park. Groves of acacia trees watered by sparkling streams cool down the property. Amazing location, very beautiful view on the Serengeti plains. Animals come into the lodge’s garden at night from the wild. The buffet was great and the staff very lovely.

The units in the lodge are fitted with a fan, safety deposit box and bed linen. While some of the units feature a minibar, fridge and sofa, all the units are fitted with a wardrobe and mosquito net. The private bathroom found in each unit has free toiletries. Incredible staff and infrastructure, the rooms are literally in the wild around a small hill. The restaurant, the welcome area, the pool, the bar and the chalets are all top notch. Great value for the money in my opinion. We should have stayed longer. It's inside the Serengeti Park, so note the entry fee/night fee and so on you need to stay. This has nothing to do with Mbalageti, so it's not a negative.

The wildlife likeZebra and Baboons used to visit the camp next to the tents. The atmosphere was awesome. The staff were courteous. The food was amazing. The management was cooperative. We had two issues with regard to payment and the issues have been resolved to our satisfaction. TheThree days we spent there was the best in my whole life and memorable. Wish to go there again with my family. Location was just outside Ikoma gate and I feel is ideally located. Serengeti National park bring so big that from any place we can’t cover the whole park without wasting someone in commute. We were lucky to have witnessed MIGRATION for thirty minutes. Our Driver, guide and vehicle were superb. Memorable trip.

Built on Maasai land next to a real Maasai village, this resort consist of spacious bungalows in traditional style with all modern amenities inside. Most of the staff are Maasai from the village and they performed a special dance for us one evening. The panoramic views are amazing. There is a small pool that we really enjoyed. The restaurant served fantastic food and interesting cocktails with a local twist. Our server, Mr. Daniel, provided a level of service worthy of a five-star dining experience in Paris.
