Though it's so far, considering a 3-hour drive from Dubai, it is worth the visit. The resort is super clean, with amazing staff and food; you'll find the serenity you're looking for (even if there are kids around!) It really beat my expectations , it is remote and has a wonderful beach and lovely breakfast.
