Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The registration was quick and smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I was especially impressed by the breakfast – very tasty, fresh, and generous. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

This guest room was very clean, with 24 hour security and felt really safe. The host (Vera) was kind, proactive and always willing to help. We were able to park just outside. We got a breakfast to go at a great price and it was great! Thank you so much for our stay, we would definitely come again.

Located in the city center. Spacious and very clean room. The staff is more than friendly, especially Antonela who helped us in discovering Shkoder and surroundings. Breakfast is excellent. There is really nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.

The hotel is new, but it shows that the owner really invested, this will remain a quality hotel for years to come. Never seen a cleaner hotel either. Not even speaking about the best feature: the location is great. From the roof terrace you really have a good overview on the vibrant city centre of Shkoder

Our room was lovely, very clean and a great size, everything looked new. The bed was really comfortable and we had a fantastic view of the lake from our balcony. Elvis and his family were very welcoming and served a wonderful breakfast on the terrace, all locally sourced and home grown, also recommended a great restaurant, Flaer, where we had the best prawns ever. Communication was excellent, Elvis goes out of his way to help. They are extending the car park so there will be plenty of parking, and creating a covered area for breakfast with a superb view. Hoping to stay again on our way home if they're not fully booked!

Perfect location (right next to the main pedestrian street, but away from the busiest traffic and noise). Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great and fresh breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Shkodër.
