Newly build building with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beautifully decorated with excellent views on the mountains and short distance to the activities (rafting and hot springs) and Permet. Everything is done with love and we really didn’t want to leave this place.

The best place with the best host in Albania. After 4 days in Albania I can say for sure this is the best place with the most welcome person, a real host that will take care for everything you need. The place is very good, clean and well equipt. There is a private inside parking, where we parked our motorcycle. We had amazing dinner in the restaurant for very good price. The breakfast was included, super tasty and rich. Many of the products were from his own garden and chickens.

Villa Permet seems like someone took a piece of Tuscany and put it in Permet. Rooms are beautiful, and fresh. Staff is extremely helpful, if you haven’t book any activities prior to coming they will help you with everything! Make sure to have one dinner there to enjoy the atmosphere of this place. And of course good breakfast!

The owner was super helpful, the room was clean and had a killer view! We slept so extremely well in these comfy beds. We forgot some clothes in the room and the host was super accommodating to get our stuff back. Really kind man.

It is a wonderful family Guesthouse: excellent location, cleanest room, and cozy beautiful garden. It was a very pleasant attitude from Gabriella. She spent her time and showed us the closest road to the beautiful river. Happy to recommend this hotel to all our friends.
