The hotel has opened just a couple months back: freshly furnished, very airy and clean. the restaurant serves breakfasts, lunches and dinners a la carte + room service orders. The food is really tasty, the menu combines traditional Armenian flavors and European classics. My Great Experience at Land of Ararat Hotel in Yerevan This was my second hotel in Yerevan, and it was much better than my first stay at Orion Hostel, which had the same price. The best part of my experience started right at check-in, when I met the wonderful woman at the front desk. Her warm smile and friendly welcome really made me feel at home and helped me enjoy my time in this city more. The Staff Makes the Difference: The woman working at reception during the day is really special. She can speak many languages, and when she saw my Iranian passport, she offered to speak Persian with me! Her Persian is very good, and she helped me a lot during check-in and throughout my stay. It was so nice to find someone who could speak my language and was so helpful. Food and Breakfast: The breakfast is very good and filling. You get enough food to keep you going through your morning activities, which is great. Kitchen and Common Areas: The hotel has a kitchen where you can cook your own food. It has pretty much everything you need for cooking. I often met other guests there and had nice chats. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting the landlord of the hotel. He was very kind and, like the receptionist, could speak different languages. It was nice to see that the friendly atmosphere starts from the top. Perfect for Work and Relaxation: I came here to relax and do my online work, and this place was exactly what I needed. The friendly atmosphere, helped by the kind reception staff, made it a perfect place to stay.

Cannot say anything about the breakfast (9-11) because I usually started earlier (got 1-2 sandwiches + water as breakfast box). Was only there for sleeping. Silent, modern, clean room, and transport to airport (7000 local currency worked).

Everything was very clean and comfortable.Price was the best in Yerevan. Hotel non smoking, but have a smoking area. There is a kitchen, where can make a coffee or tea. The staff is very attentive. The centre can be reached by bus in 5min, busstop nearby. There was a rental car with reasonable prices.

When booking the hotel  for parents was a little worried because of the lack of the triple room photos  (would be great if you add some professional photos to see all the rooms clearly) and some low reviews...But love when managers  take time to  make a comment after each review and try to clarify the situation. The hotel accepted critics well but unjust reviews are really dissapointing especially when the guest gives the low rating and doesnt bother to explain why. Now as for my family's  experience. The room was ready on time. The welcoming was very friendly and heartwarming, parents were excited. Attitude and honest attention  values a lot, so thank you dear all involved ♡, so much appreciated. As for the room, they offered even a better room that was booked (nephew was the  happiest to have the whole bedroom :)). The thing I needed was comfort, cleanliness and working air-conditioning for them to rest well, all was there. The room was on the 4th floor,  there is a nice lift. The room was spacious, actually was two bedrooms with a living room. The rooms were clean as the bathrooms , all amenities there even a toothpaste. The mattrasses comfortable. WIFI working well. There was a minor thing on the ceiling which they came up and apologised for, its in the process of fixing. Also they even ordered some food and loved it, good portion, tasty and reasonable price. Dear hotel staff, EACH of YOU , thank you.  Such human care and thoughtfulness make your hotel really special. I have read about your hospitality , now also can confirm that its truly so !

Hotel was good. Area was great with nice restaurants, free parking and even a carwash. Room was clean, loads of space and staff were very friendly and well trained. Food tasted really good.
