Best stay, cozy and warm atmosphere, cool small territory and even supermarket. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom is clean and modern. Also they have microwave, teapot and fridge right in the room, which is great if you don’t have breakfasts. It’s great to rest at the pool during hot summer day. My Great Experience at Land of Ararat Hotel in Yerevan This was my second hotel in Yerevan, and it was much better than my first stay at Orion Hostel, which had the same price. The best part of my experience started right at check-in, when I met the wonderful woman at the front desk. Her warm smile and friendly welcome really made me feel at home and helped me enjoy my time in this city more. The Staff Makes the Difference: The woman working at reception during the day is really special. She can speak many languages, and when she saw my Iranian passport, she offered to speak Persian with me! Her Persian is very good, and she helped me a lot during check-in and throughout my stay. It was so nice to find someone who could speak my language and was so helpful. Food and Breakfast: The breakfast is very good and filling. You get enough food to keep you going through your morning activities, which is great. Kitchen and Common Areas: The hotel has a kitchen where you can cook your own food. It has pretty much everything you need for cooking. I often met other guests there and had nice chats. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting the landlord of the hotel. He was very kind and, like the receptionist, could speak different languages. It was nice to see that the friendly atmosphere starts from the top. Perfect for Work and Relaxation: I came here to relax and do my online work, and this place was exactly what I needed. The friendly atmosphere, helped by the kind reception staff, made it a perfect place to stay.

Cannot say anything about the breakfast (9-11) because I usually started earlier (got 1-2 sandwiches + water as breakfast box). Was only there for sleeping. Silent, modern, clean room, and transport to airport (7000 local currency worked).

Everything was very clean and comfortable.Price was the best in Yerevan. Hotel non smoking, but have a smoking area. There is a kitchen, where can make a coffee or tea. The staff is very attentive. The centre can be reached by bus in 5min, busstop nearby. There was a rental car with reasonable prices.
