Nice and cosy. Has all equipment needed for longer stay (although we stayed only one night). Great bathroom (even kid supplies like potty) and all you need in the kitchen. Enough room in closets. Beautiful view. No reception, you get the code to take the key from the safe. Great responsiveness from the owner (we sent some info via Booking app).

The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The lobby of hotel looks modern, photos enclosed

Very good boutique hotel / guesthouse, quite new, clean and comfortable Amazing breakfast - probably the best one in our Austrian experiences. Nice swiming pool. Location - just on the way, nothing special, in fact just as we expect - silent and quite comfortable place not far away from the city.

    It is a small village near Faaker See (it's 2 minutes drive or you can reach it easily on bicycle). Latschach offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and quiet atmosphere. For us it was a starting point for trips around the lake and for hikes. The lake is also perfect for swimming and some water sports. There are many beautiful beaches around.
