The staff of the hotel impressed us for incredible Customer service. They were available to solve any of our problem (we had a big issue with car) with professionalism and care, giving notable advices and helping with relentless commitment. Nice restaurant, nice pastry making. Position unbeatable right in the main square of Abtenau. Rooms clean, modern structure. They deserve highest score.

The location of the hotel and the view from there was wonderful. The breakfast and the dinner were all delicious and various. Every day we received snacks in the afternoon and on Sunday evening we also received a glass of champagne as a gift. The wellness area was also perfect and fully equipped. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff was very friendly and was happy to help us.

I can tell that it was good to pay hotel room in advance. Once you arrive, it took shorter time on check-in process and you can rest faster. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Although the hotel design is looks traditional, the room is very lovely and everything are so clean. You can feel it at floor mat and curtain. The room temperature is warm enough during winter season, it even work better than other more expensive hotel we stayed during this trip. The breakfast also value of money with lovely design restaurant.

Food was great, service was really kind. The 5-course dinner was the most special. Our room had a magnificant view to the Tennengebirge. In case of rain, it is practical to cover or move chairs inside the room.

The hotel is in a very beautiful location, the view of the mountains is also amazing in the evenings. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and very comfortable beds. There are many places to visit around, we had a great time. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I hope we will come back again 🙂
